About Me
Currently, I’m a SHRM Certified Professional in Human Resources. I live on a 60 acre ranch in Utah. I've never written a book in my life! Growing up I always had a cat or cats as pets in my home. I would go to the local animal shelter for a new cat or would just adopt a stray kitten in the neighborhood that didn't have a home. Cats reminded me of little children with their own individual personalities and needs. Living on a ranch, I became aware of stray cats that would appear out of nowhere. Sometimes they would even bring friends! I later learned that they were “Feral Cats”. Basically an undomesticated cat born in the wild. Fearing humans and never wanting to be seen or touched by them. That’s where my journey began! Through lots of patience, kindness, love, and trust, I was able to befriend most all of the feral cats. Spending time with each of them made me realize they all had their own stories! I wanted to be their voice to tell their story. They no longer were forgotten about feral cats!
They were now Feral Nanie Cats! My cats!

Through a series of heartwarming stories of every feral cat that I've adopted, I hope to spread awareness that every animal needs a warm safe place to call their home.
